A proud South Carolina native, Shirley is based in Columbia and has deep roots in the Midlands. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and has spent much of her career working with buyers, sellers, and investors—including those purchasing distressed or REO properties. Her industry knowledge, paired with her ability to communicate clearly and advocate fiercely, makes her a trusted advisor in the real estate space.

Outside of her professional life, Shirley finds joy in traveling, building community relationships, and spending quality time with her family and beloved fur babies.
